Palate: Bright red fruits. Good mid palate weight / opulence and an elgant structure with density toasty oak that flows on to give good length.

This vintage sparkling is made from Chenin Blanc, hand picked, sorted and fermented using traditional methods. The name Grandis derives from the Banksia tree and is found on our property. It has golden yellow flower cone with distinctive dark green leaves. $28.00 bottle.
