2019 Sauvignon Blanc
Winemaking notes: tank fermented.
The sauvignon blanc was 100% tank fermented, the result of which is a pure and bright expression of sauvignon blanc, with enough minerality and texture to make this a very good match to seafood. A ‘drink-now’ style.
Bright sugar snap pea, summer jasmine, green apple and crushed chalk. The palate is intense and pure, packed with sauvignon blanc fruit characters, backed by a seam of minerality and vibrant acidity.
