This 2024 Marri Wood Park fumé-style Sauvignon Blanc is the elegant result of a carefully managed two-stage harvest. The first pick delivered precision and balance, while the second, riper pick added depth and richness. The resulting blend showcases a beautifully layered wine of great finesse and character.

In the glass, it presents a pale luminescent gold hue, crystal clear. The nose is initially restrained but unfolds to reveal a harmonious combination of bright citrus, cut grass, green apple, and a delicate touch of subtle oak spice.

On the palate, lemon curd and green apple drive the wine’s energetic core, balanced by a taut acid line and a gentle phenolic texture. The influence of barrel aging is understated yet present, adding depth and structure without overshadowing the wine’s purity.
