Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship all orders via Australia Post normal postal service.  We will only ship goods within Australia. Please contact us for international shipment.

All goods ordered online will be shipped within 7-10 working days.

Delivery must be made:

• to the adult person who placed the order, or
• to another adult person at those premises who undertakes to accept it on behalf of the person who placed the order, or

Unless specified in your delivery instructions beforehand, wine will not be left unattended. A calling card will be left and wine will need to be collected from your local post office. Marri Wood Park and Australia Post take no responsibility for wine left unattended.

If you have any queries regarding your Cellar Door or online shop order, please email info@marriwoodpark.com.au or please call our cellar door between 11 and 4pm on 0456 807 408.

If you signed up to a Wine Butler and have not received your wine within 28 days, please email winebutler@marriwoodpark.com.au.
