New release Sauvignon Blanc is now available exclusively to our Wine Butler members.

A combination of stone fruits, chalky green apple define the experience, the graphite and flint, leaves a tingly trail in its wake. It’s slippery and it’s restrained, a very pretty expression of sauvignon blanc.

Our estate grown biodynamic sauvignon blanc was hand-harvested, and gently pressed. The wine was then chilled and pressed into stainless steel tank before racking to vessel for fermentation. The wine then experienced natural malolactic fermentation in French & Austrian oak barrels and time in clay Amphora prior to release.
