A combination of stone fruits and cut grass fill the glass. With chalky green apple defining the experience, with a touch of flint, leaving a tingly trail in its wake. It’s a very pretty expression of of this famous Margaret River wine style.

Our estate grown biodynamic sauvignon blanc and semillon was hand-harvested, and gently pressed. The wine was then chilled and pressed into stainless steel tank before racking to vessel for fermentation. Read full Tasting Note here .

AWARDS & REVIEWS

Halliday Wine Companion 2024 - Jane Faulkner

"Aside from the bright flavours of lemon, lime and nettles, there’s terrific definition, length and line with sherbet-like acidity a key driver. Savoury, too with nettles, curry leaves in lime oil and warm spices plus a touch of creaminess across the palate. A vibrant, attractive style." 93 Points - Silver

The Real Review - Aaron Brasher

"Green melon, citrus and sap aromas on the nose. The palate is soft, textured, fruit driven and displays plenty of stone fruit and citrus flavours. The acidity is bright and snappy and there's a touch of grippy phenolics on the finish."

JamesSuckling.com;

"A rather fragrant nose of fleshy peaches, lemon peel and white tea. Medium-bodied with silky texture. Rounded waxy character on the palate with bright stone fruit. Mineral, if soft finish."
